THE MANHATTAN HUNTSMAN

The Manhattan Huntsman is a bullseye classic cocktail using Kavana Gold rum to modern up the beloved drink that dates back to the late 1800s. It’s made with a bracing mixture of gold rum, sweet vermouth, a dash of cherry bitters, and muddled cherries to keep it exciting.

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1)

• ½ oz. Simple Syrup

• 2 oz. Kavana Gold Rum

• ½ oz. Sweet Vermouth

• A Few Premium Cocktail Cherries, Muddled (Our Favorite Are Bada Bing Black Cherries)

• A Few Dashes of Cherry Cocktail Bitters

Instructions

Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum, sweet vermouth, bitters and muddled cherries. Stir gently and strain into a worthy glass.
