SILVER GREYHOUND

The tart, refreshing, grapefruit summer Vodka fav is now a smooth fall drink using rum, giving it a surprisingly dynamic, layered flavor.  And it’s fall festive!

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1)

• 1 Slice of Grapefruit

• 1 oz. Simple Syrup

• 2 oz. Kavana Silver Rum

• 2 oz. Fresh-Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

• 1 Rosemary Sprig

• 2 oz. Club Soda

• 1 Grapefruit Twist

Instructions

Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into glass, and float grapefruit slice on top. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and rosemary sprig.
